Overview

This course explains transitioning from 17025:2005 to 17025:2017 and the lessons learned. This is the fifth webinar in the ASCLD Train the Director Webinar Series.

Arizona Department of Public Safety (AZDPS) shares their lab wide transition effort from 17025:2005 to 17025:2017. In November 2018, the AZDPS team completed their assessment with ANAB and will share experiences and lessons learned that may be helpful for labs working through the transition this year. AZDPS will share their strategy and accomplishments during the effort as well as helpful hints on how to transition various disciplines and administration to the new format and requirements in the 17025:2017 and AR 3125.
